Bonded xDSL

A Twang bonded proposition comes in 2 forms MLPPP or Load Balanced

MLPPP

Utilising MLPPP (Multi-link Point-to-Point protocol) we can now bond ADSL/SDSL channels into one combined "single" high speed ADSL/SDSL connection, based on our business quality connections.

Bonded DSL increases bandwidth by “bonding” together 2, 3 or 4 ADSL or SDSL connections in order to gain faster upload and download speeds. Coupled with Cisco hardware bonding offers the perfect solution to businesses requiring higher bandwidth without the high costs of a leased line connection.

Load Balanced

With a load balanced solution you combine and share two or more Broadband connections, at least doubling the amount of bandwidth available.

Balancing works on a per-flow basis, where connections, or flows, are shared between users. The result is that, whilst a single flow cannot use more bandwidth than that provided by a single line, multiple users balance across multiple connections.

Twang bonded solutions have the additional benefit of Greater resiliency (service remains up even if one or more circuits fail).

Twang are able to offer wires only solutions or fully managed with the router being proactively monitored 24 hours a day.
