Paper IQ

Digital Pen & Paper for BlackBerry®

Digital Paper comprises of a special pattern “Anoto Functionality” printed on normal paper.
A Digital Pen uses an infrared camera that takes 50-100 snapshots per second to determine its position on the unique pattern via the Anoto 6x6 dot grid.
This data is then transmitted via a mobile device to a server platform, translated using special character recognition dictionaries and passed back to your device or through to your enterprise system. Custom workflow and/or notifications can be triggered.
