We have recently been receiving significant volumes of SPAM email from users with dynamically allocated Internet addresses. We have therefore discontinued support for the use of Twang email services from these addresses. This will only affect you if you use our mail servers, AND have not requested that your Internet address remains the same each time to connect. Should you require email, we will be more than happy to quickly switch you over to a fixed address. This enables us to allow you access to our mail servers. There is no cost for this service, and switchover can be made immediately without affecting your service. To request this facility, or, for more information, please contact the support team on 08708 350350
